Bruno’s Restaurant was the brainchild of Alois Fassbind and Bruno Forrer who both wanted to experience fine dining at a restaurant that was not tied to a hotel in any way. They joined up with Fredi Schaub who was the Executive Chef at the Royal Wing of the Royal Cliff Resort. Using their vast experience in the Food and Beverage industry the three partners set up a restaurant in North Pattaya. It was the first fine dining restaurant in town and soon set the standards for others to follow and it quickly became the place to eat in Pattaya...
 

Renown not just for fantastic food and splendid service but also great value for money, Bruno’s reputation spread far and wide to the extent that people travelled down from Bangkok just to eat at the restaurant.

The success of the restaurant grew and grew so much that the old premises could not cope any longer and a new home had to be found. After extensive research it was decided to move to Jomtien. The new restaurant has now become even more successful than the old one.

It is easy to find, being on Thappraya Road which is the main link between Jomtien and Pattaya. Even more importantly, there is ample parking space.

Not only can the main restaurant downstairs comfortably cater for over a hundred people but there is even more room upstairs in the private Function Room.

Using innovative and creative menus, Bruno’s continues to grow and is the place to be seen.
