For the last five years, Chef Fredi has invited talented international chefs to Bruno’s kitchen.

These chefs have provided a creative and inspirational variation to Bruno’s menu and have been a resounding success with our regular patrons. So far, Chef Luca Messina from a Michelin restaurant in Switzerland and Chef Peter Marty from Fredy Girardet’s Restaurant in Crissier have brought their talents to Bruno’s and Chef Fredi was so impressed with Chef Peter’s menu that many of his dishes now feature on the regular Bruno’s menu.

In August 2009 Chef Patrick from Australia will be preparing a huge variety of culinary treats from 'down 'under'.
